The 2013 event at the NLO is on january 9th at 19:30. This evening will include a talk, a visit to our planetarium, a chance to see the live broadcast of Star Gazing Live and a visit to our 3 historic telescopes. We will also have members present who you can talk to about anything relating to astronomy, buying and using a telescope, or taking pictures of the universe. It was a really good night with very clear skies, and lots of good views of Jupiter, Venus, Mars and other deep sky objects.
